We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within in Canada.

We offer free shipping on orders over $250 in the Contiguous USA.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping times are typically 2-4 business days depending on location (orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec).

Shipping rates on items below the free shipping threshold:
- $9 for Canada (Canada Post Expedited)
- $25 for the U.S.A. (DHL Express)

Please note that orders with value of less than $150 pre-taxes and shipping may be sent via regular mail without tracking.

For our US customers:
We are happy to share that our winter coats are not affected by the new tariffs imposed on August 21st, 2026.
Items such as cotton t-shirts and sweaters that were affected by the tariffs have been removed from our US website to avoid any confusion or unexpected duty charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

EU & UK

Shipping rates on all items:
- $27 for E.U. (DHL Express)
- $27 for the U.K. (DHL Express)

Applicable taxes and duties are extra.

We are only able to offer shipping within North America and to Europe at this time.

Returns

All return/exchange requests must be made within 45 days of receiving your order. Please email contact@bedistudios.com so we may assist you with the return process. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.

We will send instructions along with our warehouse address either in Canada or the U.S.A., depending on customer location. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then process refunds/exchanges accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the item is damaged or soiled.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will issue a return shipping label.

Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and gentle detergent (preferably biodegradable). Lay flat to dry.

This hardwearing fabric softens when washed.

Tip: Washing with similar colours and ironing inside out will prolong the life of your knit.

I love this sweater. The fit and fabric is perfect. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is that I wish the cotton was preshrunk.

This is such a staple in most cotton clothing that I didn't think to check. My next order will be the next size up just in case so I don't experience any shrinking.

Thanks so much for your kind words about the MYLES crewneck! Our sweaters and t-shirts are pre-washed to reduce the likelihood/ severity of shrinkage, but since they're are all 100% cotton we do recommend air drying them to help keep them at a consistent size. But if you (like me!) like to be able to toss them in the dryer, sizing up is a great idea :)

Classic Green Sweatshirt

Myles Crewneck in green is perfect— warm but not bulky, green but neither faded nor too dark, classic design with neither trendy short length nor short and wide. The price is reasonable for a look like a classic sweatshirt. I plan to live in it during the winters to come.

Crew neck is “fine”

Bought this as a gift for my husband. I love the company and its concepts and want to support it. Feedback from husband is that it is “fine” - a little tight around neck and too bulky around the core, material a little stiff (but we don’t put it in dryer). If he had tried it on in advance he probably would not have bought it. We will see how it wears over time. I am a bit disappointed he doesn’t like it more. Company may want to think about the styling for leaner men who have longer cores. This will not dissuade me from buying other products from Bedi.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback on the MYLES crewneck. We're so sorry to hear it wasn't the best fit for your husband, especially since you chose it so thoughtfully!

Our sweaters are made with a heavier-weight cotton fleece (400 GSM, compared to around 200 GSM for most typical sweaters). We chose this fabric for its durability and more structured silhouette— but we know it can feel a bit thicker than what some people are used to. The material does soften with wear, so we hope your husband finds it becomes more comfortable over time! While some people do tumble dry it on low, we think air drying was a great call in this case, especially if the neckline feels snug.

For future reference, we do offer returns or exchanges within 45 days, as long as the item is unwashed and the tags are still attached!
