Holiday Shipping Deadline
To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order before December 17th if you're in Canada or the US. If you are in Europe, we recommend placing your order no later than December 10th.
While we typically process orders quickly, and we ship with the fastest shipping option, please understand we cannot make any guarantees about delivery times once your package is in the hands of the shipping company.
To reduce stress, we recommend ordering sooner than later!
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping in Canada and the US.

Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or an exchange within 30 days or receiving your order.
Please email contact@bedistudios.com so we may assist you with the return process. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Free shipping on Canadian and US orders over $100.
Canada & USA
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada and the U.S.A. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping times are typically 2-4 business days depending on location (orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec).
Shipping rates on items below $100 value:
- $9 for Canada (Canada Post Expedited)
- $15 for the U.S.A. (DHL Express)
Note orders with value of less than $100 pre-taxes and shipping may be sent via regular mail without tracking.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will issue a return shipping label.
EU & UK
We currently offer shipping only within North America and to Europe at this time.
Shipping rates:
- $27 for E.U. (DHL Express)
- $27 for the U.K. (DHL Express)

Returns
All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and are at the expense of the customer, please email contact@bedistudios.com so we may assist you with the return process. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
We will send instructions along with our warehouse address either in Canada or the U.S.A., depending on customer location.
Please ensure that products are unworn, unwashed, and in resell condition with tags still attached. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then process refunds/exchanges accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if these terms are not followed.
Remember it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We offset our shipping related carbon emissions by using DHL's GoGreen Climate Neutral services.
