Merino wool is a durable and versatile fibre that keeps your feet dry, odour-free, and blister-free by effectively wicking away moisture. Its fine micron width per strand makes it itch-free while maintaining its softness and warmth.

Due to the stretchy nature of these socks, one size fits most. In our team's personal experience, we have found they comfortably fit a size 6.5 women, a size 10.5 men's, and everything in between!

Environmental activist Malaika Vaz, a National Geographic Explorer, TV presenter and wildlife filmmaker from Goa, India. She is the youngest person to reach the Arctic and the Antarctic with Students on Ice Foundation. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within in Canada.

We offer free shipping on orders over $250 in the Contiguous USA.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping times are typically 2-4 business days depending on location (orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec).

Shipping rates on items below the free shipping threshold:
- $9 for Canada (Canada Post Expedited)
- $25 for the U.S.A. (DHL Express)

Please note that orders with value of less than $150 pre-taxes and shipping may be sent via regular mail without tracking.


For our US customers: 
We are happy to share that our winter coats are not affected by the new tariffs imposed on August 21st, 2026.
Items such as cotton t-shirts and sweaters that were affected by the tariffs have been removed from our US website to avoid any confusion or unexpected duty charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 


EU & UK 

Shipping rates on all items:

We are only able to offer shipping within North America and to Europe at this time. 

 

Returns

All return/exchange requests must be made within 45 days of receiving your order. Please email contact@bedistudios.com so we may assist you with the return process. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.

We will send instructions along with our warehouse address either in Canada or the U.S.A., depending on customer location. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then process refunds/exchanges accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the item is damaged or soiled.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will issue a return shipping label.
