Veuillez vous assurer que les produits ne sont pas portés, non lavés et que les étiquettes sont toujours attachées. Une fois que nous aurons reçu le ou les articles retournés, nous traiterons les remboursements/échanges en conséquence. Lavage en machine au cycle délicat avec de l'eau froide et un détergent doux (de préférence biodégradable). Sécher à plat . L'utilisation d'un défroisseur sur votre vêtement d'extérieur éliminera les plis.

Astuce 1 : placez votre vêtement d'extérieur dans la sécheuse à basse température pendant 5 minutes maximum pour éliminer l'humidité et faire gonfler l'isolation multicouche.

Astuce 2 : Pour défroisser naturellement votre pièce, accrochez-vous dans la salle de bain en prenant votre douche matinale.

Love my new parka and the BEDI team

I adore my new parka. The coat is MUCH lighter than my old Canada Goose, and yet just as warm. I feel far less bulky in it. Even though I haven't needed to wash it yet, the fact that it IS machine washable is an amazing feature. What a savings on those expensive dry cleaning bills. I also have to mention that the team at BEDI was absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful when I was trying to decide on sizing, let me know where I was able to meet them in person to try on the coats, and let me know when the colour I wanted was available. This coat keeps me as cozy as other well known brands, but is much more affordable and ethical. Thank you!

Love my coat but when wearing light coloured clothing it leaves a black mark on the article of clothing down the front under the area of the zipper! The dye transfers to your clothing!

Came across this brand at One of Kind show in Toronto.
Amazing customer service !!! Love Love the coat, its warm yet light.
I wanted a everyday coat, however this one is so nice I could easily wear it for night out as well. I got the Evergreen.

My sister loved it she ordered the Orsola full length in Burgundy.

Wanted to love it but…

My Kirsi is attractive but not at all warm, even at temps between -5 and -15. The wind seems to go right through and the upper arms and upper back are not insulated enough. I had to wear another jacket underneath. The hood is too large to be useful. It may be better for people with a lot of hair but is too much fabric for me and blocks my vision. I will give the coat away to a friend who is never cold and try again elsewhere.

We couldn’t find a record of your name or email in our system, so unfortunately, we’re not able to look up when the coat was purchased. But for your reference, we do offer a 45-day return and exchange policy to ensure that anyone who isn’t fully satisfied with their purchase can easily exchange or return it for a refund. We also encourage customers to reach out to us if they encounter any issues, even if the return window has passed!

We take pride in the warmth and quality of our coats, and this is the first time we’ve received feedback like this about the KIRSI coat. Because we sew everything in small batches, there’s always a small chance that something might not meet our usual standards. If you’d like to email us with more details, we’d be happy to arrange to get the coat back and inspect it to ensure there wasn’t an issue with the insulation.

As for the hood, it is adjustable and can be made smaller, but we understand that its generous size may not be the right fit for everyone!
