comfy and cozy

I purchased the navy hat at the Toronto one of a kind show and I have been enjoying it. It is warm and fits well (I have a pretty big head, usually wear a size LG in hats) and the dark blue colour is nice and classic and matches my Bedi coat! Pic attached although it doesn't do the colour justice. Also I like that it's not wool because I have found some wool hats can be itchy.

The hat shrunk and is unwearable after being in the dryer .

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that your beanie didn’t hold up as expected after washing. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience.

For future reference, the care instructions for the BEDI Beanie indicate it should be air dried to prevent shrinking. These instructions are included both on the product page and in our Care Guide. The hat is 100% cotton, so unfortunately, putting it in the dryer can indeed cause it to shrink, as you experienced.

That said, we always strive to go above and beyond for our customers. Our team will be at the One of a Kind Show in Chicago later this week, and we’d love to offer you the opportunity to exchange your hat for a new one while we’re in town. If you’d like to stop by, we’ll happily provide a free ticket for you. I will follow up with you via email.
