We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada and the U.S.A. 

Shipping rates on orders below $100:
- $9 for Canada (Canada Post Expedited)
- $15 for the U.S.A. (DHL Express)

EU & UK 

Shipping rates on items below $100 value:
- $27 for E.U. (DHL Express)

Returns

All return/exchange requests must be made within 45 days of receiving your order. Please email contact@bedistudios.com so we may assist you with the return process. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.

We will send instructions along with our warehouse address either in Canada or the U.S.A., depending on customer location. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then process refunds/exchanges accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the item is damaged or soiled.

Love this Bag!

I had a pleasant surprise coming across Bedi at the one of a kind show in Toronto, where I purchased this bag and do not regret it one bit! Its a perfect tote for my laptop going back and forth to work, so well made and of course love the concept of the company. Love bag straps issue

Wonderful bag in all respects minus one hilarious but problematic one - the seatbelt straps slide off one’s shoulder too easily. No matter what jacket you wear. But, for a tote, this is a big issue. I might come in and chat with you about it - perhaps there is another texture we can cover top of straps with to prevent this.
